Integrating chicks to existing young flock

My baby chicks are two weeks old and have been introduced to my existing flock of 2 Pullets (15 weeks old) with a wire fencing between them. When should I begin to introduce them without the fence?

I usually use a week of see-don't-touch.

It's going to be tricky to make chick-sized doors that skinny, teenage, 15-week pullets can't slip through, so be sure to give the babies plenty of hiding places in the coop and make sure there's nowhere they can be trapped with no way out.

Thank you! At what age should the baby chicks be without a barrier? They’re so little now? 5 weeks okay?

Are they out there 24/7 or just daytime visits?

And does that go well at four weeks? I also don’t have electric.
Why do you need electric...are they still on heat?

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!
