I boiled all my Ameraucana and EE eggs some were green some were blue. I added vinegar to water because some said that helps fresh eggs peel. As I was removing them from their cold water submersion I noticed the green scraping off. So I scrubbed all the eggs and now all I have are hard boiled blue eggs.

Can anyone explain this to me please?

You boiled the color right off 'em!

Vinegar is kind of like an acid somewhat, as it makes a good cleanser, and eats up minerals left by water etc.
But, do you mean the green eggs turned blue? Or that the green came off and they are white and the vinegar did not affect the blue eggs?
Quite interesting, like it bleached them or something.
