Leave it alone and I have lots of experience and helping too soon is not recommended.I've just read the article by pyxis about assisted hatching and i'm still not sure if i should intervene yet or not...
s/he has a hole big enough for his/her beak and is cheeping and poking it out but not actually zipping round, s/he seems to be yawning a bit too.
if his/her beak is out and therefore s/he is breathing is it safe to leave them or should i try to make the zip?
thanks
Of course...They hatch when ready and will peep and toss the shell around if stuck. They can hatch themselves perfectly.thanks, will s/he be ok overnight left like this?
