International Black Copper Marans Thread - Breeding to the SOP

It has been a hectic time here on the farm. In addition to that, my laptop died and my phone got busted all within the same week so my black cloud continues to follow me.

I did want to share my little miracle chick that was born last night. This is the only offspring from Malika and Dark Angel that hatched out of the 3 eggs I got from her before she died.

Awww, so cute! A perfect little marans chick. At least that doesn't look like it come from a black cloud. Sometimes we must celebrate life's little things! I hope this little one does great things for you!

I still don't under stand all the folk's hoarding toilet paper??? Think about way back when there was no tp. People made do. Now, coffee, I must have my coffee EVERY day or I am a cranky girl! It also helps to have a bit of french vanilla creamer. lol

we had a few drops of rain, that's all!

has not stopped raining since the early Feb .all lush green now . there is no trace of any drought . impressed how mother earth recover very fast .

it is Spring now in Greece @chickengr

peoples are board of there lives . so they trying to keep them selves busy , no panic on my side .have no time at all between chooks and building my winter garden bed ,pullets laying etc........ .I just don t have time to go any where .

yes fire season is over . I m glad .was the worst one we had for a while . now all green . the burned forest look very pretty now .black trunks with dark lush green leaves and green grass .
