I found the land I like but still did not sell the house. end of the year is not a good time to sell anything but christmas gifts.
the area is safe so I will not need pigs, lol. I will need help to design plot. it is about 160m x 27. I think (if everything goes well) to build a house after 60 meters. there is another plot just next to it with a house at the end of the plot (plot is 60 meters long). a nice old couple live there. they used to have chickens, marans included! they love animals and promised me they will pray that I sell my house and buy that land.
there is more land behind that plot that I might buy as well, but a bit later. at the moment there are about 4350 m2. I think within the first 60 meters I will put dogs, (garage in the corner and a path/road next to the fence), peafowl and turkeys (together), geese and indian runner ducks (together) and next to the neighbors house vegetable garden, no animals. the house and chickens in the back as well as muscovy ducks.. I will plant some trees and berries in the front and back yard as well. I think I will not get goats before I buy more land. I will need 2 new dogs in the back yard but I must get informed what predators there are (except foxes I have already seen in the area). I can get greek shepherds any time but they are too big. the other dogs I like are german shepherd and croatian shepherd. croatian shepherd is a hardy dog, almost never gets sick. looks like german shepherd but a bit smaller and all black. I would have to import them as I cannot find them in greece, but no problem.

I have to tell y'all a funny story. Gus (my dog) is a very friendly guy. He thinks everyone loves him. I have great neighbors that tolerate his antics. He climbs into one neighbors fence to play with their dog and then climbs back out to go to the next house. Another neighbor told me Gus has been defecating in her dog's bowl. I was horrified but she couldn't stop laughing. A couple of days after she told me about the incident I got a text with a picture showing the evidence of the foul deed and the message read do you recognize this? I sent her back a message that read, Gus said he didn't do it. She told me he was lying and I needed to put him in the corner. I didn't let Gus run for a few days. I ran into my neighbor on the road. She said where is Gus, I haven't seen him lately. I told her Gus was on restriction, no TV and he is not allowed to leave the yard. It has become a big joke. Like I said..... I have the best neighbors and the craziest dog.
