Thank you Keith, I would miss you all too! I am blessed to have you all as friends. I guess I have a true Marans addiction. I told myself no more I can't do this anymore. Tears and sleepless night just about did me in. Mostly back on track and hopefully a little wiser. All though a little heart heavy. I am moving forward!

forgiveness to the self and other is a high quality .must be practiced .

if we don t do any mistake how do we learn .where all this knowledge we know now come from ?

Thank you all for trying to make me feel better. I am trying to forget so how do I decide to help me forget! I went and checked my Marans eggs and temperature. I still have 4 thermometers going all with different temperatures. One reading 98.7. The yellow mercury thermometer is reading 99.5 and the other two are reading 100 degrees. humidity is between 37% and 40%

I think the temperature and humidity are good in your incubator .
37.7 DC and 40/45% humidity are the best for the marans eggs .
I use the roasting Temperature pro . high grade kitchen stuff . well accurate for Temperature reading .

I have some news .No good ,no bad just news .
I have a buyer for my farm .wasn t for sale ,but some one want to buy it as i it is ,chooks coop and run and every thing in there .NOT the chooks ,no way .
the price is offering is very nice .maybe I ll take it and move the chooks back to the old farm or buy new one .

what do you guys think ,should I take it or no ?

Thank you Chooks man, I don't have a problem being kind, loving and forgiving others. I am not the type that gets mad very often. When I do I am over it quick. My problem is I get too attached. It bothers me most because it's something I did.

Thank you, I need a thermometer I can be sure is accurate. I will look into the roasting Temperature pro. I have three other brensia incubator thermometers but they just added to the madness. They are all different! Once I get my cabinet incubator where it needs to be. It will hold temperature. I think my cats must have hit the nobs and messed things up. I never had to adjust my temperature at all last year. I had pretty good hatches.

Is your current farm set up just how you like? If not is the offer enough to buy and make it just right?

If I could get an offer that would afford me to have plumbing in my barn I would be asking where to sign. That's pretty much the only thing that could get me to move.
