Is your current farm set up just how you like? If not is the offer enough to buy and make it just right?

If I could get an offer that would afford me to have plumbing in my barn I would be asking where to sign. That's pretty much the only thing that could get me to move.

the place is nice but i m not attached to it , I bought it for my chicken . the place needed work .I was going to sale it after restoration ( new house etc.......)
the buyer is not interested too much about the house but he is interested in the chooks set up plus the orchid.he want me to leave every thing the way I set them up .even the marans chooks if I want to ( No way ).
I want to move more north .more rain and more space 100 acres or more . 5 is too small for me .

I have a buyer for my farm .wasn t for sale ,but some one want to buy it as i it is ,chooks coop and run and every thing in there .NOT the chooks ,no way .
the price is offering is very nice .maybe I ll take it and move the chooks back to the old farm or buy new one .

what do you guys think ,should I take it or no ?

if money is good you might consider it. if you don't say no without thinking it probably is worth it.

If the money is good, I say go for it. Especially if you can find a more suitable place/environment for the chooks.

You will make the right decision for you and your flock. If you have no emotional attachment to your current farm and are wanting to expand your operation then it all comes down to the money and will that money allow you to realize your dreams. After you answer that question then it’s just work to get a new place set up like you want and you strike me as the type of person that is not afraid of work. As I type this the same can be said for everyone on this thread - I think that’s why we all get along so well.

the money offer is very ,very good more what the marked welling to pay for it .

the couples that are interested in buying it ,they are coming to the retirement ,sold they city house and they want a place ready to move in and start doing chooks breeding and showing .
they want me to leave every things the way it is ,so no work for them ,even the chooks . they want to buy the business ( mistyrivermarans) not just a land .that why the money is good .
having a meeting with them tomorrow lunch time . let see .

one more day and I ll know .

Australia is short of place to buy ,truck load .big country and small population so a lot of space .

than you need a suitcase and the best breeders to start with. if you give them some chickens than you will know where to look for in case of need.

Woo Babies back on the farm! 5 FBCMs and 4 Salmtalers from GFF. a little concerned about this one though. Maybe just a jet-lagged chick?

He keeps dropping his head and doesn’t have the best balance but won’t stop chirping. Not sure what to do here :/
Other chicks are active and seem at a good temp.
