there is another way I can work with this rooster ,without worrying about his parasitic white .actually I ll use the parasitic white to my advantage .
I ll breed him to a pure white .this pullet is particular . both have a same body type .

here a white { Recessive} pullet I have in mind .

notice both have a same body type .
with this pair I don t have to worry about body type . not a body pattern ,not the comb . only work is to darken the egg and shorten the tail

her one Dominant white I can mate her to him as well she ll fix the tail problem for good . He ll fix the fluff around her tail .saddle area .

this trio is price less to me . good foundation to my breeding program .

we have to wait tell spring to any chicks from them .

this type of breeding is { Reinforcing the traits } breeding a pair with a similar trait ,to breed those traits true in the future generation .

OK I see .they are both equal except the cockerel #2 has a better tail and well marked hackle .
Elegant seem to have a longer back.

breed the Elegant to your Black hen to see if both of them are a carriers of Extended Black.

Breed #2 cockerel to the Blue cuckoo hen they come with him .to get some Birchen .

happy for you ,you have new blood to work with .working with just a BCM is boring .very hard to breed .every body breed BCM but only few achieved the proper marking .

this BCM cockerel has extra marking on his chest . this type of cockerel are good to be matted to a Black hens to add hackle to them.

I will not use this guy over a BCM hen with a good hackle marking .they progeny will be over marked .

want to start a pure splash copper line . love they body marking .
