This is a yearling cockbird, about 18 months now. He had some frostbite but also has a naturally smallish single comb, definitely a bonus in Montana. I've liked this guy a lot but I worry he's got a short back what do you say? My daughter took him to fair and the judge said he isn't goid body type?
Those are some good looking eggs. My freeloaders are 24 weeks old today still no eggs. Just a hint of color in the combs and wattles but they don’t look like they will start anytime in the near future.All 3 are officially laying.
