Intestines hanging out of chick

I had a quail hatch last night and it seems he pulled his intestines out a little. He doesn’t seem to be in any pain but I doubt he can live like this. Is there anything I can do

That doesn't really look like intestines, to me. It looks more like a tiny amount of yolk sac, though it does look a little abnormal, but personally I would just separate him from the others and give him a bit of time. It's possible that it will fix the issue iitself. And since he isn't in any pain, just give him a bit of time

I too would just give it more time to hopefully absorb what is left there. It looks to be very newly hatched as it’s still wet and not fluffy yet. Just keep an eye out for any gunk or infection from the area. Also keep an eye on any others trying to peck at the area. Was he assisted on hatching by chance ?
It looks to me like a yolk sac that still has blood so he wasn’t properly absorbed before hatching
I would set him in a small bowl or cup on a dry paper towel back in the bator
You can even wrap a paper towel around him to keep the air from directly hitting the yolk so it doesn’t dry up and he can rest to absorb
Make sure it’s not wet paper towel as this can chill him
