Introducing new pullets

Introducing new pullets in with 1 old pullet. All 17 weeks.

Old pullet is pecking and chasing new ones around. After free ranging for a few hours we have put them all into the coop together. Now the old one is keeping them out of the coop and chasing to the end of the run.. is this normal pecking order behaviour ?

An update after reading other posts. We have seperated the old one from the new.. I think some called it time out.. hopefully it helps
