Iron rich foods?

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or a list of iron rich foods for ducks? Looking for some more ideas for my picky scovies!

Well other than meat, meat scraps etc ive heard that some people get iron tablets ( unsure if they are human or animal grade) crush them up and put them in their food. I would try meat scraps or iron rich vegetables to start with
