Is Fucidin cream safe to use on chickens injuries?

I'm not sure I'm understanding. You want to apply the product to a scar?
If there's a scar, the skin/wound is healed, so applying ointment and wrapping it is not necessary.

No it isn’t healed, She has bumble foot so when I take it off I want to apply it

I also have some leftover fusidic acid cream, I'm curious to see if I can use it as antibiotic ointment in case I had an emergency.

How bad is the bumblefoot? Can you do a non-invasive treatment instead of cutting into the foot?

I've never used Fucidin, so can't say if it should be used. It can be used to treat wounds, so I suppose you could use it and see what happens. The foot would be tended to daily, if you see worsening of the skin, wound or tissue, discontinue using it.
