I have a 29 week old ee roo with my 16 girls. I want to my my broody sit on some ee eggs but I'm
not sure if he's doing the deed yet. He has also never crowed.

He used to get picked on by the girls but he Dosent really now.

I think I'm seeing a bulls eye on the eggs but I'm
    not sure.

    Thanks again

I had a RIR rooster younger than 29 weeks from time to time hop on the backs of the hens and peck their heads while he was "doing it". If your rooster is doing his job you should see him jumping on the backs of your hens every so often.
