IS IT NORMAL FOR 3 WEEK OLD CHICKS TO HAVE DIARRHEA 2X'S/DAY?

Just wondering if it is normal for my two 3 week old chicks to have diarrhea (dark, stinky liquid) 2 or maybe 3x's each a day? They both seem healthy, happy, and energetic. They eat/drink well and are growing fast.
