The first week of laying for every one but my Red Ranger has included at least 1 double yolk egg. But so what? They are more valuable IMO. I'm still trying to figure out how to get Not-normal eggs heh heh
these are normal BTW, inside a new layer of mine which was killed by a raptor. Barred rock was laying 2x yolk eggs. I drove predator away and salvaged most of bird.

What are you feeding them? Maybe to much calcium, I know it can cause REALLY thick shells and thick membrane so maybe it is a link
