Hi
So I hatched 8 beautiful baby chicks 5 weeks ago. I brought 5 of them to their new home. Two passed away and now I have one left. The reason I kept my one is because he and one of his hatch mates got slipped tendons when they were small. I had tried to fix it with no success. His hatch mate unfortunately passed away from it but Ozzy is still thriving and loving life. I’m making him a wheelchair soon and he’s going to be my handicapped chick . Sorry I’m off topic now, what I really need to know is is it ok for him to live alone? He has stuffed animals that live with him now but in the long run will it be ok if he’s my only chicken? Or should I get another handicapped chicken for him to be friends with?
Thanks,
Evy
