When you move a hen sometimes it makes them stop laying and it can take a weeks for them to start up again, depending on other factors. It is possible she is just moulting and won't lay for a few weeks more anyhow. There are a lot of reasons hens don't lay for a while, Broody, moulting, mites. Have you dusted her for mites? Hopefully you will get eggs soon.
