Is my almost hen broody? When will the eggs hatch?

It is definitely time to move mom and baby off that nest, however. They need to stretch their legs and Enola needs to learn how to chicken. I completely understand wanting to make sure that there is no chance you leave a chick behind, but it important to care for the ones that are already here, and it's time for them to move on. If you really want to give this egg a chance, put it under the other broody, and let mom and chick out

We opened the last egg it was even smaller than the other one and smelled gross. Poor tiny little baby. But now I’ll move onto better news. Enola is doing great! I’ll post more pics of her later!
Sad news :(
But happy that now you know, so you are not still wondering :)

And I'm very glad to hear that Enola is doing great! :yesss:

We moved Enola and Amelia back into the pole barn into our small coop. My question they shouldn’t get to cold right? I think the pole barn was like 45 degrees F. I got another one of those brooder plates and put it on heater. It does have the setting brooder which is lower than heater. I’ll post pics of the set up later. Also I know this is unrelated but it snowed and I haven’t been able to clean the coop because the chickens won’t come out and it’s really dirty it should be okay until I’m able to clean it right? I usually clean it once a week. The heater is in the small coop

Mom should be able to keep the chick warm in this weather. I don't think Enola will use the brooder plate, as she's used to getting heat from mom. The coop should be fine for a few more days, don't worry
I have it up right it’s supposed to be brooder for young chicks and a heater a coop. I have one in my big coop. Enola is going to be pretty I can’t wait to see what her feathers look like!
