Is my baby a roo?😭

So I posted some photos of my baby a little while ago with concerns that ā€œsheā€ maybe a rooster and it just seems more obvious to me that he probably is one. But I wanted to post some photos of her to see everyone’s opinion now that she is a little older. Let me know what you think. Thank you:frow
So, 13-14 weeks old? I don't see evidence of male specific feathering. You're about a month and a half before laying, which is when some females start to pink up and mature in their comb and wattles.

Looks like a female to me. But I'd be interested in others' opinions too.

Yeah that’s right sorry forgot to include the age in the post. Thank you. I hope she is. Just she matured a lot sooner than her sister. I thought the feathers looked female but the longer I stare at the back feathers they keep giving me pointy vibes.

That is how I expect a Black Sexlink hen to look when she is fully grown up. I think you just have a pullet who is maturing extra-fast.

The red/gold color in the breast area is common in black sexlink females, but not in all-black breeds and not in males of any kind. Males are much more likely to have red leakage in their shoulders. So I think the store did not mix up the chicks, the hatchery did not get their breeding stock mixed up, and you do indeed have a black sexlink pullet.

Thank you for the info!

Looks like a pullet to me. For reference, I have attached a pic of my adult black sex link hen showing the same gold leakage in the breast.
