This is our first experience with chickens (and my first post!). We have 6 chicks from mypetchicken all sexed to be female, but this little one has me scared (no roosters allowed in san jose). They are almost 3 weeks old. She/he seems to have an attitude already and is the biggest of the bunch - we have six different breeds so I don't have anything to compare to. I know it's a little early to tell, but I just want to know what the professionals think. ;-)

and I swear that comb just popped up over night. I guess only time will tell, but it's not looking good.

My Australorps with combs that size and that red at that age have all been roos...sorry.....you can always cross your fingers really hard.
