Hi all, I have a blue Orpington, Indie, that was purchased from a feed store on 4/21 as a day old blue orpington pullet. From the first day I’ve noticed her wings seem a bit odd, now as they are getting feathers, they naturally tuck under and seem disheveled. Is she actually lavender and this is what the shredder gene looks like? Or are these just unruly feathers on a blue Orpington?
She does move them normally and even tries to fly around the brooder already.
I’ve attached pics from when I first got her and now with feathers on her wings. Appreciate the input!
