Is my br a rooster?

I have a barred rock that will be four months in june that i think is a rooster. He/ she isn't rooing yet. Just wonder what everyone's opinion is. Do you think its a rooster?

Your more then welcome to have him. Hes my favorite of my flock but we cant have roosters. I just want him to go to a good home
