So I had no choice but to move my broody hen in the middle of the day because we were going on holiday for 3 days.
So anyway so I opened the draw and made a grap for her wings but I missed of course

and graped her foot/leg so for about 30 seconds she was flapping a round.
so i got her into her coop/broody pen and all was good.
about 30 to an hour minutes later I had to put bricks under her brooding nest/box thing
And she got really annoyed and panicky and tried to fly out the hatch twice but I stopped
her and she was freaking out but I got the bricks under the box eventually

and tonight she fell asleep on top of the box. and yes I have decided to call it a box

(well I think)

so will she break or will it be my lucky day.

if she does my heart will

and I will

. And thank you for the comments and your time.

I'm not 100% that I understand your question, but if its about how long it takes to break a broody hen, then here goes...Breaking a broody hen can take at best a number of days (and nights). I usually plump for 4 days and let her out. If she goes back to sitting again, she goes back in the broody buster for another 3 days or so. Its almost impossible to tell how long it will take a break broodiness - some are more determined than others.
