Is my crested a rooster? UPDATE on page two

My partner thinks that the beginning of a wattle means this is a rooster. True? False? If you need better pictures let me know. Thanks in advance!

The top knot feathers are really well formed and thick, that's usually female, and the wattles aren't THAT big, females have small ones................ Roo's top knots aren't as pretty as the girls................
Let us know when it's older, I'm saying female..........Better pics would help, these are pretty dark

looks like a hen to me all my girls got the wattle early i just knew i had boys but all are laying eggs i cant seem to get a rooster any other time i would get mostly roosters,

I will post a better picture later. Those were taken very late in the afternoon.

If it is a rooster I will have to try to find someone to adopt him or kill him. Hate to do either, but would much rather re-home him. I won't do anything rash til I hear crowing!
