Sometimes chickens sleep like that. They are just sitting, it doesn't really mean they are broody. They might do that if there is a Bully on the roost, or they are too big and fat to jump up.

i guess that is what it is she is the lowest in the pecking order she is getting pecked on all the time thanks every one

Has she lay any eggs yet? If not then i do its most likely she was just sleeping in the nesting box.

A chicken can go broody as soon as it starts laying but that doesn't mean it will and I wouldn't let a chicken that young hatch eggs because you'll have problems such as egg abandonment or once they hatch the mother wont know what to do with them and could abandon them then.

no i dont think so she left the nest a lot yester dat and i think she was just sleeping like she was brood

Sorry I was posting a link to another post that would help you determine if she is broody.

She may be broody if she has been sitting nest day and night for 3 days and has stopped laying. It won't matter if she has eggs under her or not.
She may be broody if she looks like a pancake with fluffed up feathers.
She may be broody if she maintains the pancake position if lifted off the nest and set on floor.
She may be broody if she does a low pitched cluck non stop when she's off the nest.
She may be broody if she does a dinosaur growl when any bird or human dares to look at her or approach her. She will most likely try to remove your fingers if you get within striking range.
