In the picture, my duck have orange patches on the sides of his beak. Is that normal?

I think it looks fine. Here is example of one who was deprived of water and wasn't fine.

My duck’s beak is like that right now. Is that normal? The picture i rooked was a month ago. His beak is dried like the one in the picture you sended.

Does he sound ok? Eating drinking and pooping like normal?

Yes, he is eating and drinking normal. But usually when he not quacking, he stays quiet but he have like an humming quack while his beak is close. Like quacking while he breaths with his beak close. His that how ducks supposed to do? What does wheezing sounds like?

Well, I would say you would be able to tell if he was having trouble breathing. Here is a normal mallard drake quack.

I would say if he is eating drinking and acting normal then he is ok. If your still worried about how he looks or sounds take a video and upload it to you tube and then copy the link here. Or upload a current picture

Ya. The spots look like molting to me. And I know their bills will kind of peel and shed around the same time so I think he is fine.
