Is my hen a roo?

I have four 10 week old Plymouth Rock chicks. The Partridge has all of a sudden gotten bigger than the others and has a larger comb. I keep looking at the saddle feathers to see if they are pointed or round. I just do not have the experience to tell. Here is a photo of the chick. Any guesses or insight?
