Is my hen going to die! Please help!

It looks more like her vent was pecked by the other chickens. I would give her a daily soak to clean off her vent area, and apply some bad tasting ointment such as BenGay, Bag Balm, or Vicks to keep the others from pecking her. It might be best to isolate her for a few days in a dog crate or pen with food and water. A prolapse usually involves the internal red tissue sticking outside of the vent. That can attract pecking as well. Your hen looks more like her vent is swollen. You can insert a finger in there an inch or two with one finger, just to feel for a hard stuck egg.
