Is my "Pullet Special" Chick really a pullet?

Here Goes, I got this pretty little chick from a Fellow BYC'er as part of a "Pullet special" Hatchery deal..... "Its" name is Peepers and "She" is an EE and about 15 weeks old..... Peepers has had a very red comb since about 8 weeks of age when "she" suffered a scratch to it, the comb got really red with the injury, and just stayed that way.. As Usual I am hoping for a pullet, but I'm just not sure... Any Guesses?
