is my teenage chick a rooster or hen?

i got these guys in the beginning to mid march from rural king. ones comb is significantly darker than my other. but i still don’t know if they are both boys, girls or one of each. i cant tell if ones just grower faster than the other or not. if anyone could help me determine their genders that would be appreciated
 
one on the left appears male. The other one, not sure. What breed? Can you get pics from the side while the chick is standing?

usually crowing doesn’t start until around 14 weeks, sometimes later. Some breeds are a bit earlier than that. The saddle feathers show up around 12 weeks, usually before crowing.
