Is my Tilly a Tilly or a Billy?

Ive heard that Barred Rock Roos tend to be lighter in color than pullets. How old is your little buddy? Somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks? Considering the intensity of the red comb and wattles, (hens don't get red until POL), coupled with the appearance of his feathers, which seem to be lighter than my BR pullet ( who's about his size, so I'm guessing...)

Rooster. You can easily see the difference between him and the pullet in the edge of the first pic.
