Imo: It is the fault of TS if they sell pullets without warning there can be some cockerels too. That isn't Tractor Supplys fault but it happens at all the places that sells chicks.
Tractor Supply has been know to give you the wrong chicks so you may not have what you think you have. Post a pic of them.
A big store probably doesn't have the ability to take the older oops cockerels back. I've heard of a smaller store that does, they sell the older boys, probably for meat birds but you never know why someone might want one.. Hatcheries say they will reimburse you for over 10% cockerels, not for less. They can't guarantee 100% accuracy.Imo: It is the fault of TS if they sell pullets without warning there can be some cockerels too.
They should take them back if you didn’t get a warning and you don’t want cockerels.
You cant swap cockerels for younger chicks if they refuse to refund. Unless you have a seperated coop/run until they get old enough/familiar with each other.

My tractor supply does have a sign saying its only 90%accurate. I'm suprised others dont.Yea I think there should be a sign saying 90% accurate or somethign saying there could be a cockerel in the bunch not only at TSC but everywhere else too. At least customers would know before they bought them and be prepared instead of surprised.

All the feed stores I've looked at had something similar, or a sheet describing what straight run is, sexed pullets, etc.
To me its obvious OP @Chicky Lover didn't get this message.
