Is she a lady or a gentleman?

I'm pretty sure this is a rhode island red but we're not sure if she's a she or a he. Any help?

I agree look at those saddle feathers...very pointy and thin comming in. Maybe he is just a late comb/wattle bloomer.​
 
Looks like a pullet to me; if it was a cockerel, the comb would be redder by now (assuming it's around 12-14 weeks?)

I thought the same thing. Face looks like a girl, but saddle feathers look like a boy. (although I think it might be the angle of the picture causing it to look that way)

I'm going to say pullet though.​
