Is she just "challenged"?

At night she is full. By morning it is soft and squishy

This could be a bit of a problem. The crop should be empty by morning. She may have a bit of a slow crop. I'm sure you have a source of grit available, but it's always a good idea to offer it free choice. Since she is hesitant about going out - then she may not be drinking enough. Just keep a watch on her.

Your video explains a lot beautifully, Thank You for that. We aren't pointing fingers, etc., just trying to ask some questions, so we have a better understanding of how your flock operates. Each one is unique:)

@granny hatchet has made some very good observations and suggestions - I agree with adding some poultry vitamins to the water once/twice a week for a few weeks (all can have it), but checking that crop function is a very good idea as she pointed out.

I'll look into vitamins. They are 10 weeks old, isnt that too soon for flock raiser? Still learning. Yes, I do know
Not to give calvium till they are laying. Haven't noticed buggy type critters. Might be a good idea to look at skin, yes? Poops all seem pretty normal.
Thnk you for these tips/thoughts. :thumbsup

@Cryss is there any way you can take her aside a couple times a week and get some canned salmon and boiled eggs into that little hen so she can get some extra nutrients in her?
I do offer grit in a plastic coffee can lid for free choice. I don't let her stay in the henhouse, I tske her out if she doesnt go after 1 hour each morning. She does drink. Water has 1 tbsp ACV per gallon. Salmon and boiled eggs! Is this a vitamin fixer? I'll try this.
No worries gang, I'm not feeling attacked or criticized. I'm thankful for the insights! :bow

Is it possible they might be just a little spoiled and getting more treats then 10% of their total diet ? :gig
I suppose it might be possible. But they arent getting all of those things at once or even on the same day.
@Cryss it kind of is, it has alot of vital nutrients and fatty acids that will help boost her up a little bit and might help her eyes out.
Good to know. Now to get her to eat it! :idunno I made a soft scrambled egg right after reading this cuz I was on my way out to shovel snow to the coop and out of the run (the part they dont use yet). I got them all vasilined up, not an easy job, and waited a bit with them. 3 went in but not you know who. Took advantage of that by closing the pop door and letting Repecca have the egg in the small run. I offered it on a clean sour cream lid because it was red. Nope. She even tried to wipe it off the lid with her beak. :tongue Guess she doesnt like it. Instead she went back to the crumble and ate her fill, had some water, then walked up to me looking up and sat chirping. I took this to mean "I'm ready for bed now." She never even flinched when I picked her up and put her inside. She's so gentle. She looks at my sneaky hand with either eye but doesn't run. I wonder if she sees them as shadows. We can guess forever but better I rule out everything other possibility.
