If they have been together supervised and seem to being fine you should be safe to leave them. Due to their sweet nature usually silkies are quick to accept newbies.If they seem to get along well you most likely have nothing to worry about. I would be more cautious if you had a more aggressive breed I just integrated my 2 silkies and one showgirl with my Polish (also a sweet easy breed) and it only took a day of supervised and a day of the Polish hen harmlessly chasing the newbies. The babies may sleep outside though so make sure that you have a good secure run. My silkie babies (and the whole flock really) had to be left with the pet sitter for 3 weeks.....they tuck themselves barely into the coop door at night when the others go to roost. If I was not so confident in my run being predator proof I may worry about them.
