Looks like a boy due to saddle feathers and hackel feathers but those aren't spurs (yet) all chicks and hens have those little bumps but if it is a boy he will eventually grow big long sharp spurs

There spurs do not indicate gender, as hens can grow them too.... But, this is a cockerel so yes, he could be growing them early I suppose.

Comb/waddle size and color for age, male specific feathers on neck and along side tail (which you can see therem they're long and pointy)
