I cannot confirm her age, as this picture does not enable me to do so. She might as well be an older bird in moult/just finished moult and the colour of her face shows that she is not laying at the moment.
Take a closer look at her legs and feet and her vent as well.

The first hen looks like she may have ocular Marek’s. She has a strangely colored eye and her pupil looks odd. However, I don’t know enough about that strain of Marek’s to be sure. You should start a new thread about her. If she does have it, then all your chickens are carriers of the disease.

Hey now, no need to be toxic. There are a lot of extremely knowledgeable people on here but they can’t know everything about everything. Even if her eyes are normal she still looks pretty sickly with her low wings and tail.

There is another thread by Winterangel right now about issues with chickens that are in the same dirty apartment. This very much is beginning to feel like a matter of neglect. Idk how to copy and post the other thread, but it’s the same house with chickens living in squalor.
And who do you think you are, calling people clueless? Sometimes it takes some debate and figuring to determine certain issues. Personally, I think all your birds look sick, unhealthy and miserable. Get them outside in a proper coop with some grass to forage on.
And before other people start jumping all over me, I encourage you to look up this other post made either by him or a different person that he lives with Winterangel is the name, and people are getting upset in that thread also regarding the living conditions of the chickens (which perfectly match the background of the above attached pics).

Those birds are SICK and need medical attention and a clean environment.
