Is something wrong with this pullet's feet?

I purchased six chickens today from a trusted local chicken lover. This is an F1 Olive egger pullet. Is something wrong with her feet? Do I need to worry about it? It just looks like the claws are missing.

She probably has suffered frostbite on her toes recently, and the tips and nails have fallen off. She will probably do alright since she has partial toes left. She may need a lower roost of a 2x4 flat side up.

Yep, I have a pullet with the same issue.
