Is Stella a rooster?

So my grandsons have two roosters that are leaving on Tuesday. Stella the center chick is starting to look like she may be a rooster too. Seeing some shine green tail feathers. Can you guys please help us with sexing Gavin's favorite chicken. He is broken hearted that Stella may have to leave also.

Looks like it but hard to say without knowing the age. How old is Stella?

We think around 10 weeks ish. Got them at a sale

Is the comb obviously bigger than the comb on the others?

Hmm, I think Stella is looking like a Stewart . The patchy coloring, 3 row pea comb (which doesn't always indicate cockerel but most of the time they have them), and tail feathers is making me think cockerel :/.
