Is there no coming back from this besides going to the vet? Is my other option to put her down?

If you wrap with the co wrap well, I don't think the baby sock is really necessary. I found that with the sugardine and the duoderm bandage, it was soft enough at each bandage change that soaking wasn't really needed. I was able to clean it up with tweezers or q tips or the curette I sometimes use. If I needed to flush I just used a large oral syringe with sterile saline or diluted chlorhexidine, and flushed as needed that way. Then dried it off well with papertowels, and reapplied the sugardine, and rebandaged. If there is dirt on toes or places that aren't wrapped, I just use the chlorhexidine and a soft rag, or qtips to clean those area's up.

That's a relief to hear because I really hate soaking. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for all your help!
