Is there really that much of a difference between Cackle hatchery Cayugas and milliman(duck hollow farm) Cayugas?

Is there really that much of a difference between Cackle hatchery Cayugas and milliman(duck hollow farm) Cayugas? I recently bought some that came from cackle hatchery, but I'm still thinking about trying to get some from Milliman. If there is a big difference in quality what specifics make them different?

I don’t know about quality, but I definitely know the genetics are different.
