Is there red tape when starting to sale eggs?

Call me crazy, but i think that i could sell enough eggs to pay the bank note on 2 acres of land that i am wanting. Can i just start selling or do i have to get a permit , a tax # , or what?

Depends on your state and county. Best bet is to contact your county extension. Or if you know them, talk to your local 4H folks.
