Is this a BLRW?

It’s started to feather out with some lacing after all. Starting to think it’s a cockerel anyways but it’s looking like GLW...

The last picture does appear to show lacing rather than penciling and it does look gold and black there. Have you asked the breeder yet? My first thought was that it might be a Black-laced Red since the Andalusian Blue gene produces Blue, Black, and Splash offspring, but I agree that the birds seems to be displaying a lot of partridge.

Update on the mystery chick:
Talked to the breeder. She said no mistake. Birds have been breeding for a while and she’s never had one come out like her. Parents are BLRW. She’s a reputable breeder in the area so... still not sure what to make of this one. My guess is at some point back in the lineage there was some crossing and the genes made a reappearance when my jinxed hands touched it. (I have really bad luck so of course I’d hatch the one chick that would look like this). By the way all the other chicks that hatched from the same batch of eggs are normal looking.
This chick doesn’t seem to know what colour she wants to be. 7 weeks old now.

I see Blue and black lacing but think the black may just be dark blue. As well as red and gold and of course the partridge looking pattern.

It's possible it's some kind of throwback. Heck I had two BLRW K's express small amounts of feathers on legs. One on left shank and other had small tufts between toes. All you can do is scratch your head and not breed them.

I don't see any blue on your bird in question, think what you're seeing is beetle green on black. It looks to be poor quality black laced red. Leaning toward cockerel.
