Is this a broken toe or bumblefoot please

Hi,

Lately our 22 wk old wheaten Marans pullet has started hobbling around. On close inspection she’s developed a lump on her foot.

Could this be an injury if some sort or bumblefoot? There is no scab at all on the swollen area.

Thanks, I’ll need to get some research done and get a scalpel into her foot pronto then. I don’t want to lose her.

DON'T!

There is no black scab!dont do ANYTHING!Just soak it for 15-20 minutes in epsonm salt water.

Hi @Cluckcluck1215 , thanks for the advice. I just have her an Epsom salt foot bath for about 15-20mins before I took the pictures. Will regular Epsom salt baths bring down the swelling?
