Their legs get all cramped up in there and it takes them a while to get up on their feet.
Sometimes when they are real wobbly like that I go ahead and put them on a paper towel in a small tupperware bowl or something like that so they can't flop all over the place and hurt themselves until they get a bit stronger.
I would just leave him in the incubator for a few hours and see how he does. Hatching is hard work for a tiny dux.Ok thanks much.if he starts flopping more I'll put him in a Tupperware. I'll keep watching him and see how he looks when all fluffy. He is peeping alot and trying to push himself up with his good leg.
Yay!! I hope his legs get better! Very cute, and long awaited, duck! What will you name him/her?He just got out ten minutes ago yolk absorbed. He isn't doing very good. He appears to have a bad leg. I'm not sure if it'll fix...
