That's a lot of pink for 9 weeks so I'd guess cockerel.

By your picture, I believe that you have a Golden Laced Wyandotte cockeral by looking at the comb and wattles. Too early in his feathering to look for sickle feathers.

I would say it looks like a roo. I love GLW... And any other bird I don't have, mind you
