Is this a Pearl White Leghorn?

Hello chicken experts, I recently received my first batch of chicks in late May which consisted of a variety of breeds from the hatchery. A few did not make it past a week and it was difficult to tell which breed was which at first but I think I now have them all figured out, except for 1 which is confusing me a bit. It has been the only all white bird all along (except the broilers wihich there is no mistaking at this point), so by process of elimination based on the breeds that I ordered I had assumed early that this all white chick had to be my Pearl White Leghorn. But now it is developing a brown neck which is throwing me off. I have attached a pic. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm thinking easter egger? Does she have a pea comb? Those legs look pretty green.............

I have some white leghorns and mine R all white and with yellow legs???

I agree EE, and the legs look a little slate colored on my monitor. Also appears to have a little muff? Pretty bird though.

Looks like an easter egger to me...
I have about 50 EE's and have about 5 that look almost identical to yours....

Wow! Thank you all so much, I think you nailed it! It definitely has that muff on the cheeks. I have three other EE that I had identified as such, but they are all the same and a much different color.

I didn't realize the EE would come in a variety of colors.

yes they do come in a variety of colors

very pretty, here is one of my favorite hens at 6 weeks old.

I have some other colors but no pics of them on here yet
