Is this a rooster or a pullet?

Probably a pullet at this point. By 2 months, a cockerel should have a distinctly bright pink comb and would have dark red coming in on the shoulders.
The comb looks damaged, but turning pink, its a bit raised but doesnt show the 3 ridges.

It is bigger then my pullet an it has a bigger attitude then her. I guess i have to wait till it crows right??

If it's a cockerel, dark red feathers on the shoulder/wing should be coming in pretty soon. All red/gold base color males will get those red shoulders. Male hackles and saddles will start to be visible by about 12 weeks.
If the coloring stays pretty much the same for the next month, it's a pullet for sure.
My Easter Egger cockerel went from this at 6 weeks

to this by 8 weeks.

At 10 weeks, the comb was huge and red, and his coloring had completely changed.

This is of the pullet and the one in question in the middle.

This is the best I could get of the comb, which is a different color then the pullets, feathering is almost the same. Only difference is the comb.

The one in question next to the cockerel.....

The other cockerel I have but he is still small but the comb is identical to the one above just not red.

Which exact bird are you referencing about??

This is little ninja who is a cockerel

I know I have 2, The smallest one is a cockerel, and the one with a red comb is 100% cockerel but the one in question is the one I am concerned about.

This is the one in question

Little ninja is the one up top, the one in question is in the middle next to the female on the right.

Front shot of one in question

Again frontal shot of the one in question.

Id really like to know about this bird, I have someone on CL who is interested in taking it and I dont want to give away a pullet for free, I want it if its a pullet.

Doesn't really look like a cockerel yet. Pullets do sometimes have three row combs. Given how small and pale it is still, and how even the coloring is, I still say it's probably a pullet.
Here is one of my pullets with a three row comb at 18 weeks old.

Here she is compared to her brother, same age.

What about size comparison??

This bird is a bit bigger then the other one in there besides the two cockerels. When they both stand next to eachother you can see major differences in both of them, their heads are totally different size, the one I am asking about has a bigger head, the tail seems the same, but hasnt fully come in yet in the middle.

I think its been getting fighty with the bigger cockerel is that what pullets do? or just cockerels because this is a every day fighty thingy with both of them.

Only reason I am thinking its a cockerel is because the comb has turned red and bulbous but not bright red like the first one I asked about, and the size difference.

Easter Eggers can have a huge range in size, even when from the same source. I had one hen top out at 4.5 pounds and another that is pushing 7 pounds, she's almost as big as my rooster.
Here is a picture of them at about 7 weeks. The two pullets are in front of the cockerel. The blonde pullet is my big girl, she has always been about the same size as the cockerel. The pullet with the brown head was always petite compared to the other two.
