Is this a rooster?

We received 8 chicks from my pet chicken 4 weeks ago and they are all supposed to be hens. But I’m worried this one my be a rooster. I’m worried as I’m attached to all of them and I can’t keep a rooster. Your assistance is most welcome in identifying the sex.

The feathering rate relative to age and appearance of significant comb development point to cockerel, but the lighting makes the photo quality less than desirable for gender assessment...turn off ths heat lamp or take the bird away from it (neither will hurt it at all) and take naturally pir photos
